FAQ
How do I calculate square feet?
Multiply length by width in feet. A 12 ft × 10 ft room is 120 sq ft; three such rooms are 360 sq ft. Mixed units are converted to feet first, so 3 m becomes 9.84252 ft before multiplying.
What if my measurements are in metres or inches?
Switch the unit toggle and the same numbers are re-read in that unit — the area recalculates and always reports back in sq ft with sq m alongside.
Is the cost figure a final quote?
No. It is rate × total area, so it ignores wastage, cuts, taxes and labour markups. Contractors normally add 5–10% wastage on tile.
